Mr. Ernesto Serraglia

Master Degree in Business Administration at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice, Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge (UK), Certified Public Accountant and Certified Auditor. 

He is one of the two founding and equity partners of the firm. He deals principally with corporate reorganizations, tax and finance advisory especially with regard to special transactions and finance operations, as well as advisory to Charities.
